The original approval was subject to amendment
in December 2015 with approval granted for: Non material amendment to change of internal layout, to provide 3 no. bedrooms at first floor level with attendant elevation changes to windows / doors / roof lights and a clearer indication of external ground levels adjacent to the building. Amendments to the original planning permission were granted on 13th September 2018 to allow an amended internal layout to both the ground and first floor, together with re positioning of the roof light locations and door design. The planning approval includes a provision to demolish the existing concrete block section of the structure and replacement with a smaller footprint stone built section.
Services - Mains water, and electricity and telephone/broadband are available for connection to the property. The purchaser will be responsible to create a dry stone wall boundary between the property and Clews Farm.
