significant proportion of our geographical work area is rural
and Daniel & Hulme have fully qualified chartered surveyors
specialising in the sales of rural and agricultural property.
These include adaptation of Redundant Buildings to alternative
uses and are able to look into Planning Issues arising there
from. We advise on farm diversification schemes, deal with farmers
claims under the Single Farm Payment Scheme and Environmental
Schemes which have emanated from the reform of the Common Agricultural
Policy. We are also able to advise on Agricultural Tenancy matters
between landlord and tenant and assist in the claims on Acquiring
Authorities under compulsory purchase schemes, be it a water
pipeline, gas line or even a new road scheme. We act as agents
for landlords who are looking to rent their land, houses and
buildings.
Other matters upon which we can assist are boundary disputes,
farm budgeting, grant application schemes, general Estate Management,
livestock and deadstock valuations and Farm Dispersal Sales.
